Frank Moskowitz has been practicing law in Arizona since 1992, handling mostly civil litigation matters in a wide variety of areas, including employment law. Mr. Moskowitz has handled employment related cases in both federal and state court, private arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. In a misappropriation of trade secrets case, Mr. Moskowitz handled the case from the trial court level through a Petition for Review filed with the Supreme Court of Arizona.
Mr. Moskowitz co-founded Berk & Moskowitz, P.C. with Kent Berk in 1999. Prior to that, Mr. Moskowitz was an attorney at the law firm of O’Connor, Cavanagh, Anderson, Westover, Killingsworth & Beshears (1992-1996) and the law firm of Smock and Weinberger (1996-1999).
Mr. Moskowitz is a 1992 graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where he received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, and was a Managing Editor of the Law Journal. He is also a 1989 graduate of the University of Arizona where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude.
Mr. Moskowitz is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association, and the Scottsdale Bar Association.
He is currently a Trustee of the Maricopa County Bar Foundation having previously served as a Trustee from 1996-2001.
He was a Co-Chair (2008-2009) of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation – Commercial & Business Litigation Trade Secrets Sub-committee.
